General Law Counsel

Sandia National Laboratories (Sandia) is seeking a talented and team-oriented General Law Counsel to provide legal advice to Sandia management and staff on a variety of legal issues with a focus on administrative law, commercial contracts, and federal procurement.

In this role, you may also gain exposure to a variety of additional legal subject areas by working with Senior Counsel on issues, including real estate leasing and construction law, corporate governance and taxation, privacy law and data security, FOIA, audit compliance, employment law, and litigation.

You must be willing to take on new areas of law and/or other duties as assigned. A successful applicant must have the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs of the business.

The selected applicant can work a combination of onsite and offsite work. The selected applicant must live within a reasonable distance for commuting to the assigned work location when necessary.
