Please join us for a webinar panel discussion of the Draft Interagency Guidance Framework for Considering the Exercise of March-In Rights that was recently published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). NIST has put out a request for information closing on February 7, 2024. The webinar will include a (very) brief history of the Bayh-Dole Act and explanation of march-in rights and insights from a panel including:
